We are an experienced partner for the precise production of technically demanding plastic injection moulded parts. For almost 50 years, we have been manufacturing complex injection moulded small parts in large to very large quantities for companies in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries - quickly and professionally, flexibly and reliably. Our strengths are customised solutions in all project phases, from development to series production. Subsequent assembly into modules can also be realised on request.

A comprehensive range of machinery - for special small technical plastic parts

Our machine park currently comprises 110 injection moulding machines with a clamping force of 15 to 300 tonnes. We use these machines to produce small plastic parts for a wide range of industries and tasks with impressive performance.

The plastic granulates PA, PP, PE and POM are processed on injection moulds with a current number of cavities of 1 - 96 and a maximum mould weight of 3.2 tonnes.

Design and manufacture of injection moulds

With our modern and comprehensively equipped mould and tool shop, we can offer our customers a complete service that includes the design and manufacture of injection moulds. We can also carry out maintenance and repairs to moulds if required.

Assembly, assembly machines and equipment

We also offer our customers the assembly (manual assembly and automatic assembly machines) of plastic components - both for supplied parts and parts from our own production. Our integrated toolmaking department enables us to manufacture, maintain and optimise assembly equipment independently.

We use partially and fully automated assembly systems. Our expertise includes the operation, maintenance, servicing and optimisation of complex assembly systems.

In order to fully meet our high quality standards for our bulk buyers, we have expanded our services to include logistics. Thanks to our modern fleet of vehicles, we are able to deliver the ordered production parts safely, reliably and on time.
