To ensure the quality of our injection moulded parts, we work with comprehensive quality assurance measures. These include an extensive approval process at the start of production, statistical process control (SPC) during production and regular spot checks by our production staff. All of these are our guarantors of consistently high production quality in accordance with the defined specifications

Compliance with the product specifications provided by the customer and structured documentation complement this quality assurance concept in a targeted manner. In this way, we ensure that we can realise specific requirements and large quantities in high quality.

Our management system has been certified since the 1990s in accordance with the international standard DIN ISO 9001, currently in version 9001:2015 for the "Production of technical precision plastic parts by injection moulding and assembly of components". Clearly defined procedures, evaluations and optimisation of all operational processes are our top priority. Regular monitoring and certification audits ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of the management system. This enables us to deliver the highest quality and perfect workmanship, overcome hurdles and make the seemingly impossible possible time and time again.
